How do I set up an account?
Simply fill out the login form as a new customer and we'll send you an email confirming your account has been set up successfully. You're now free to login and follow our simple five-step purchasing process. It's that easy.
What will you do with my details?
Nothing if you
don't want us to. We will only use the information you provide about
yourself for the purpose of fulfilling your order. However, if you would like to be added to our mailing list
then simply tick the box when you sign up. We'll then keep you up to
date with all that is new at Ray. Please see the section on data
protection in our terms and conditions for further details.
What if I forget my password?
Don't worry. All you have to do is click on forgotten your password in the login area. Fill in your email address and we'll resend your password.
How do I find what I'm looking for?
You can do this two ways. Either browse through our product range under catalogue or use our search facilty, where you can search specifically by manufacturer.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can by either Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch or Delta cards. We would also strongly advise customers to contact their credit card company and participate in any registering system which helps to further protect their credit card information.
Is buying with Ray secure?
We are committed to ensuring that buying from us online is a secure as possible. That is why when you proceed to Step 4 of our purchasing process, you will be in the hands of our payment partner Secure Trading, who are a highly reputable credit services organisation. This is the most reliable and secure payment processing system available and provides the vital secure link between us and the bank. You will notice in the URL bar when you are directed to the payment page, you will be on Secure Trading's own server and all of the personal information you enter on this screen cannot be seen directly by anyone other than yourself.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes of course. As soon as we have processed your order and payment is received, we will send you an email with a summary of your purchase. You can then track the progress of your order in your account area.
When will I receive my goods?
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted and in any event within 90 days of your order.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders over £200 are delivered free of charge. Orders under £200 are charged as follows:
Mainland UK: £15
Channel Islands: £30
Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland: £30
What if my goods arrive damaged?
We strive to ensure that all goods reach you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive any items that are
damaged, you must inform us in writing within two days of receipt
either via fax on +44 (0)1756 797159 or via email at
hello@ray-lighting.co.uk.
